It felt very calm and relaxing. Although old property, it is not moldy, smelly or dirty.

Location, great pool, quiet neighborhood. Big storage. Quiet and effective air condition. Big shower. Lots of equipment in the kitchen.

Excellent location, arrived by local bus from airport, one block walk. Location to snorkelling spots is why chosen and lived up to this. Family home and 10 apartments meant quiet, low key, pool never busy. Not lots of rules/restrictons as in larger establishments.

“Spacious apartment, just a lottery which one you would get”

The overall location and apartments are really nice! We got the apartments Nr.12. They are on the first floor, not facing the pool which was nice, because they appeared to be much quiter. The apartments where very spacious - two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All a very large and private outdoor terrace. Really cool. Parking on the street, but there is always place to park your car just next to the apartment building. The worker Magdalena is at the spot daily, so if you need anything - just ask her. We would return. Looks to be under appreciated, would like to see some love added to these apartments and they would be awesome.

“Relaxing and peaceful - we love it.”

This was a second time we have stayed here. We love the closeness to the sea. We find it quiet and peaceful as just 10 apartments with couples and families. Plenty of eating places nearby and Euroski (the cheapest) supermarket 6 mins away on foot. It is on the edge of Cala Ratjada which suits us as the town and harbour are very busy. Mainly German tourists but as my husband speaks German that is fine. We will hopefully be back next October.

The property was very clean and tidy and had comfortable beds including the extra bed requested for my daughter in the sitting room. Air-con works well! The location is excellent.

I really like that the property is very clean and spacious. Also, I like the fact that the kitchen has stuff that we can use to cook. Also, location was accessible to most beaches nearby though we weren’t able to swim due to bad weather and jellyfish. Instead we were able to use the pool which was a good alternative. I also love that the host was just one call away. She was able to help us get a taxi booked at 3am in short notice.

Location great. Quiet, couples and families only. Lovely balcony to sit at. Good access to beach, restaurants and shops

We had difficulties with WiFi password.

The place is above what we have expected. We went with 2 kids, so we loved that everything is sooooo close... numerous restaurants, shops, beach... everything short walking distance. Apartments... amazing. Everything you need is there. AC kept the apartment nice and cool.. Cleaning staff was there every morning to clean everything...chairs, pool, surrounding area. So the place is spotless every day. No noisy neighbors, pool in size is absolutely enough to cool off, relax, play with ball. Diving center is 5 min walking distance. Owner was really approachable, what ever we needed she did her best to have us sorted.
