“This accommodation should be removed from booking.com”
The only positive thing about this whole horror was that Booking customer service agreed to cancel for free (the accommodation refused, of course). The accommodation is so old and depreciated that there is nothing positive to say about it. For the money charged, they didn't even provide basic things like proper towels. The towels were dirty and damp - unhygienic. The sun loungers by the pool were broken and also dirty. Apparently they used things thrown away from hotels. They should be removed from Booking and all other platforms until health-safe rules are ensured and the health inspection has done a thorough review. Everything I write in the negative section is verifiable in writing. If anyone wants more details or evidence of what happened, they can contact me through Booking if necessary.
