Pools were great/ideal for our 5 & 2 year olds. Half hour disco and show afterwards was really enjoyable for the kids too. Location was perfect, 2 mins walk from the beach/promenade. Staff in general were very friendly.

“Stress free vacation”

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palma and would highly recommend it. The property is exceptionally well maintained, with beautiful grounds and attention to detail throughout. Our apartment was spacious, and featured a huge, incredibly comfortable bed. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus and had everything we needed during our stay. The swimming pools were outstanding: the outdoor pools were beautiful and relaxing, while the heated indoor pool was perfect for cooler days. The location is also excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the seafront promenade, ideal for enjoying long walks and enjoying the atmosphere of the area. Breakfast was varied, abundant, and offered a great selection of products. Every morning there was plenty of choice, catering to different tastes and preferences. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel several times and found the prices surprisingly competitive, especially considering the quality of the food and service. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Frenk, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. During our stay, both my mother and I celebrated our birthdays, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine. We thought this was a very thoughtful gesture and a real touch of class that made our celebration even more memorable. The entertainment team was energetic and enthusiastic, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, this hotel combines excellent facilities, outstanding service, great value for money, and genuine hospitality. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!

The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed the adult- only restaurant. The sauna was very nice. We had a spacious room with a nice balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the sea and many restaurants on the beach.

Very big place. Lots of pools for kids and adults as well. Is a family place to spend the holiday in the island. They have entertainment for the kids as well. The people are very polite and helpful. The apartament size is ok and cleaned everyday. Breakfast included and the price was very good compared with other locations on the island.

The location was great — close to the children’s pool and not far from the sandy beach. The kids’ animations were also a highlight, well organized and entertaining for the little ones.

Facilities are excellent, moderately busy already in April. Breakfast is varied. The indoor pool was nice. The staff were very welcoming. The room had a small kitchen area which was great if you are not all inclusive.

Great place to stay with (small) kids, equipped with all baby/toddler facilities. Staf is super friendly and the pool is fantastic (though still cold in April). Apartment is spacious, good beds and nice terrace. Short distance to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is huge, with even some fresh options (fruit, freshly made omelettes and pancakes). It’s not our first time staying here and we will definitely be back again.
