We visited in February and stayed in a Junior Suite. It was spacious and well equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially to kids. The location is great.

“Excellent family hotel with all facilities and superb beach location.”
The hotel is located within a few metres from a beautiful beach with gorgeous sand. It has a lovely indoor pool which we used every day. The food was excellent and menu changed every day so it was always something new to look forward to. Rooms were cleaned every day by very friendly staff. All staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. The entertainment was great too, something for the whole family and something different every night. The bus stop to other parts of the island is a 4 min walk from the hotel and there is a direct bus to Palma city centre which takes under 2 hrs. It is a very comfortable ride albeit with several stops. One can get from the airport to the hotel in 1.30 hrs taking the A43 and 401 buses. Again, a very comfortable and cheap ride compared with taking a minivan or taxi. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress free break.

Very good breakfast and dinner with a wide selection. Everything was fresh and tasty. Nice sea view, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed. The saunas and the indoor pool were a pleasant addition.

“We were still able to have fun in the off-season.”
Perfect! Not many stores were open around the hotel since it was the off-season, but there were still lots of events at the hotel, so we had fun.

“This is the second time I have stayed at this great Hotel, I will return.”
Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, nice balcony looking out to the sea. Wet room and large bathroom twin sinks. Breakfast was extensive, catering for Spanish, German's and English dishes, well presented and a great range to choose from.
