“A great holiday”

Great location, lovely staff (once we were late for dinner but they allowed us to pick whatever we wanted and brought it up to our room - no room service fee!), amazing waterfront view, proximity of a stunning beach (sun lounges and umbrella paid extra - EUR 20 per day), nice food with great variety (themed dinners - Mallorcan, Italian, American etc.) - OK also for vegetarians and toddlers. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent — right next to the beach. The food (half board) was of very good quality, varied and extremely tasty — especially the desserts! Every evening there was a different local-themed dinner, which made the experience more special. The restaurant staff as well as the housekeeping team were very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was exceptional. The indoor pool was spacious and pleasant, and the sauna and hammam were available on request and worked perfectly.

*Perfect Family Holiday at CM Castell De Mar* We stayed as a family of four (2 adults + 2 children) at CM Castell de Mar in Cala Millor for one week (7 nights) and we truly had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. *Hotel & Atmosphere* The hotel is beautifully maintained and very family-friendly while still feeling calm and relaxed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better — right on the beachfront with a lovely promenade, perfect for family walks and enjoying the sea. *Rooms* Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with more than enough space for the four of us. The balcony views were stunning, and housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Waking up to the sound and view of the sea was a dream. *Food & Dining* The food was excellent with a wide choice for both adults and children. Every meal had plenty of fresh, tasty options, and the themed evenings added something special. The kids were especially happy with the desserts and freshly cooked dishes. The restaurant staff were always welcoming, friendly, and great with the children. *Family Experience* The children loved the pool area, and the evening entertainment was just right — enjoyable and fun, but never too loud or overwhelming. The hotel struck a perfect balance for families wanting relaxation and activities. *Service & Staff* The staff really made our stay special. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. They were always helpful and smiling — a lovely team. *Location* Being right by the beach was a huge highlight. It’s a beautiful area to explore, with plenty of shops, cafés, and seaside paths close by. A perfect place for families to unwind.

“A total gem of a hotel!”

Prime location, very easy to find. Loads of shops, bars and eateries nearby. The sea is just across the road (sandy beach). I hired an e-bike at the hotel for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed the cycling - there are dedicated bike lanes along the seafront. The food was of very high quality and amazing variety. No repetitions, every evening offerings were unique. Will stay at Castell de Mar again without any hesitation!

“Outstanding stay and spectacular sea view”

This hotel is a hidden gem! Not really hidden, as it is probably the highest hotel in Cala Millor (12 floors), but really a nice place for vacation with kids, kind staff, very clean, great location. Sea view rooms are outstanding, especially those on higher floors. Food is really good - so many choices, for all tastes, especially their show cooking station with so nice lady cook, preparinf delicious egg omletts and panckakes for breakfast, and mamy different dishes for dinner! Rooms are specious,with delicious coffee machines, fridge, two hair dryers, safe…all what youneed. Entertainment for kids, evening events, indoor pool with sauna, ourdoor pool with almost enough sunbeds for all guests, beutiful beach right infront od the hotel. Great room service, and all facilities are very clean (despite hotel itself being a bit old, but is very well maintained and cleaned!). Location-great!! Big market just across the street, restaurants, bars within 2 min walk!

Lovely hotel , so close to shops or restaurants Spa with hotel ,indoor swimming pool

Location: 10/10, right across beach. Dozens of shops around for everything. Very family friendly environment within and in surrounding areas. Live music on the beach, all the way from 10pm to 3am (maybe more but i went back. 5min walk from hotel).. Enjoyed it more than Iberostar Palma. Amazing family friendly nightlife option. Staff: 10/10, super friendly, very attentive to whatever you needed. Reception (Sergi and the rest), pool/lifeguard, breakfast/dinner (chef alejandra) spa (christina) all super helpful and great at their roles. Facilties 8/10. Everything was clean but some things a bit older. It's a town-like area so hotel facilities are not comparable to a city-like 4 star hotel. But still plenty to do. Performances every night, breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing value with lots of variety every day. Pool area was big enough and almost always you can find sunbeds and cabanas. Hands down the top choice for Cala Millor.

“Nice place to stay with little kids, but the hotel needs some renovations.”

The location is pretty good, the hotel is located at the middle of Cala Millor beach. If someone prefers a more calm, more quiet area this hotel is not the best option. With little kids it was comfortable ‘cuz everything is nearby. The food was delicious, the employees are really friendly and helpful. I have to point out Lyon at the reception. And last but not least the hotel is pretty clean in spite of the full house.

The location was great for the beach and restaurants etc, everything you need on holiday. Beds were comfy, air con worked really well, shower was powerful, staff were nice

“Very relaxing resort with great staff and perfect location and views”

Fantastic location. Great view from our Seaview room. We requested a room on a lower floor which was no trouble for them. Hired a kettle for our early morning cuppa. Staff always friendly. Pool was good and we could always get a sunlounge. After coming from another resort which had our dinner included we were pleasantly surprised with the dinner here. Lots of choices and constantly topped up. Nicely presented. There is a direct bus back to the airport just up the road which was convenient.
