nice buildings and rooms, nice staff, daily activities for children and adults, interesting acrobatic and magic shows, not so far from the beach and promenade, quite good drinks and breakfasts

The room was really nice, comfortable beds, plenty of space (walls very thin though) - the whole place was very clean too. I'm not sure if we went at a really off peak time, but there was no danger of not getting a sun bed or a table at dinner.

There was a fantastic member of staff called Catalina, nothing was too much for her. She was smiley welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.

We liked the atmosphere of the entire property, friendly and smily approach from staff. Personaly, I liked very much the materaces hotel lately equiped.

Nice complex not far from beach and promenade. Good atmosphere. Great pools for kids. Apartments were well equipped. Great value for mone! We really enjoy our stay!

The staff is super helpful and kind. Special thanks to Catalina (Reception) and Tamara (Kitchen). They handled easily our gluten free food demands. The buildings and their environment are beautiful.

“Lovely apart from the food”

The hotel is in a lovely location, very close to the beach, with a charming small town nearby offering lots of restaurants and little shops to explore. The rooms are a good size and the facilities are nice, making the stay comfortable. We booked all-inclusive, but unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing — it looked unappetising, wasn’t well presented, and the quality was very poor. Some of the staff were also quite rude, and they would start clearing away the food before the advertised closing time (for example, lunch finishes at 2 p.m. but they’d begin taking it away by 1:45 p.m.). It was a shame, because apart from the food, the stay itself was lovely thanks to the great location and facilities.

“Good for family”

I'm writing this review at the airport on our way home. The hotel was so good for family. We liked everything. What I liked the most is that they offer free drinks within the restaurant even for the half board guests like us. Believe me that most of the hotels today do not offer that. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and dinner a lot as well. You can easily find free parking spots right next to your apartment. Do not pay attention to some of the bad reviewers. I did that little too, but your worries will change to delights. One more comment, most of the guests were from Germany.
