The villa was beautiful and in a stunning leafy location only a couple of minutes walk to the local shops and restaurants. Cala Mesquida beach is a short stroll away, and is lovely - we all had fun snorkelling and loved the fresh fruit sold on the beach. The design of the villa is very modern and clean, but with lots of welcoming touches. Every convenience you could need was provided, including a washing machine, pool towels, hairdryers (with diffusers - perfect for curly hair!), mosquito spray, shower gel, sun cream. Plus a delicious bottle of local wine in the fridge to enjoy! There’s a small Spar just round the corner for essentials, and a Lidl 10 minutes away with everything you could need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was great, cooled the rooms quickly at night time so didn’t need to be on all the time. The shower in the master bathroom was superb. The villa feels very spacious and airy even during very hot weather, and the pool was an absolute joy. We loved barbecuing on the terrace, then listening to music (there’s a Bluetooth speaker you can connect to) and having an evening swim. Although close to the village centre, the villa is very quiet and peaceful, and you can enjoy the sounds of the birds in the morning and the cicadas in the evening. Nessy is the perfect host, and was so helpful over WhatsApp both before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and she recommended some lovely beaches and restaurants which we really enjoyed. We had an amazing holiday at Villa Cala Mesquida, and hope to return another time to explore more of the beautiful island of Mallorca!

The property manager was extremely nice, very service minded and highly focused on us. Since we went there outside the season, she personally found out which restaurants in the area are opened and recommended us very nice places. The villa had all the amenities we needed and we really felt like home but on vacation :) Our son played on the lawn all day long.
