On site, you will discover the gastronomic proposal of Hyde and Mondrian Ibiza, hotel in the next door with shared facilities, like: Cuyo Restaurant, where buffet breakfast is served. Buffet breakfast can be booked in advance or pay on spot in case you have not booked in bed and breakfast basis. Cuyo will be as well open for lunch and dinner with Mexican touches based on local fish and seafood. Hyde Beach, pool bar and restaurant. The center location for both properties, with live music, entertainment and the place where anything can happen. Bungalow, second pool bar and restaurant, with international food, grilled fishes and meat and drinks in a more chilling atmosphere. NIKO Japanese restaurant (coming soon) at Mondrian, modern Japanese cuisine, sushi bar and best service for the best clients. Sun and Moon lobby bar (at Mondrian), with small bites and drinks from morning to late evening. Perq, urban-cool grab and go cafe, opening very early in the morning, for a quick breakfast or to get your coffee and sandwiches on-the-go. Please bear in mind that operation timetables can be modified for some of the outlets of the hotel and there might be some restrictions to the availability of outlets and services during this 2023 preview season.

Having visited regularly since the opening it’s great to see that feedback has been taken on board and every time we visit there are new additions to the experience. Much credit should be given to the staff who are all lovely and super helpful. Always a delightful time with the all of the team on breakfast but a special shout out to Tamara who is one of the best guest services staff we’ve ever had on our travels!

“Exceeded expectation, perfect for a last minute trip and staff went above and beyond”
Everything was good, I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews however the staff especially around the pool (apologies for not remembering their names) were lovely and made me feel so welcome. Also I got upgraded to a sea view at check in which was a lovely start to my trip! I found the room to be clean and modern and loved the Balinese bed pool. Couldn’t fault it, the bar next door at the Mondrian is also fabulous!

“Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location”
- The hotel was lovely and spacious and the social areas were a real bonus. We particularly liked the addition of a DJ in the evening to provide background music - Great breakfast included with our room rate; lots of variety and all very fresh - Very impressed with the up to date equipment in the gym area - Lovely pools and a good selection to choose from - the location was excellent; literally a stone's throw from the beautiful beach of Cala Llonga
