Our stay at Hotel Pop was nothing short of amazing ,it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, and local attractions were all just a short walk away, making our trip incredibly convenient. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality, especially from Renata. She was absolutely wonderful ,warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we were looked after throughout our stay and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful she was toward our 4-year-old son. She generously provided him with free breakfast, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It’s little things like that which make a big difference when traveling as a family. We also arrived quite late one evening, just as the restaurant was about to close. Despite the timing, the staff still welcomed us and served us dinner without making us feel rushed at all. That level of care and flexibility meant so much after a long day of travel. Overall, the warmth of the staff, the comfort of the hotel, and the little thoughtful touches made this stay truly special. We highly recommend Hotel Pop to anyone looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Our greeting on arrival was excellent. It felt very personal as we were taken to the room and shown the facilities. The hotel had a lovely family feel about it and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful and we had two exceptional evening meals there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
