The hotel has a huge offer of activities and very engaged stuff that does animations like water fitness, pilates, things with kids etc. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. There were also parties with music in the evening. There is a shuttle to the beach. It is a bit of a walk from the facility to the town center but it is pleasant.

The behavior at the restaurant in breakfast was not at all good

Gardens are nice and clean and also train which will take you to and from beach is good but nothing else.

Breakfast was fine but lacked choice - only scrambled eggs and bacon every morning. No omelette or fried eggs or potatoes.

The hotel was bigger than we expected. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is very close to the palmasera beach and the pool is clean until lunch time. The parking is easy and safe, you can always find a spot. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A good location to the beach and a super handy (and free) little train to take you and the family there (it’s a good 15/20 mns walk). The pool is nice but needs work, there’s black mould in many places. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great resort style facility and convenient to have the train run to the beach during the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was awesome and staff were professional and very helpful!

Arrived to find hotel grubby, unpleasant and very dated. Tried to talk to Reception staff to let us change rooms, staff inpatient and said no other rooms available - they were still available via Booking.com. While we were stood at Reception two other couples tried to swap rooms too, equally were flat out told ‘no’. Manner not pleasant or cooperative. Would not let us cancel booking either despite the fact hotel looks entirely different than it does online. We booked another hotel despite not knowing whether cancellation would be approved - it was not! - as we could near envision staying there. Avoid at all costs!

The staff is very poor, receptionist Nikita is not helpful at all. The room is small and stinks. The food is very poor - animal feeder.Is it realy 4 stars... ?????they are very far from a normal 4 star level

Ok accomodation for families and friends staying for more than one night if they need easy access to the beach by train, Restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and entertainment every evening.

Really good value for money . Great location. Fabulous pool .great selection for breakfast (stayed b& b only ) Staff very helpful and friendly .clean towels and mini basic toiletries. rooms checked daily and bins emptied.seating outside .would recommend
