Cleanliness, entirely adequate kitchen equipment ( 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and coffee percolator - no oven or grill but pans, utensils and serving dishes) , balcony partly covered and with nice open aspect over trees, shrubs and houses. Bedside lighting and clothes storage particularly good. For some people noise from pub neighbour - clear on balcony but much less in bedroom - might be a negative. Proximity to convenience stores and some nice restaurants.

The apartment was in a great location and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area to stock up on essentials for your stay. The apartment itself was basic but had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable with sheets changed while we were there and towels also changed a few times.

Self catering apartments. Fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob and plenty of kitchen utensils. The only thing that would have been handy would have been an iron. The apartment was clean, nice bathroom with hairdryer. Ample wardrobe space, The air con worked like a dream. The pool is not huge but was never busy, with a smaller pool for children. Eduardo is very helpful with local information if you need it. Nice large balcony (first floor) with view over the road but still a pretty view. Out of the front door we overlooked the pool.

The best thing is the location of the apartments. Very close to the beaches, there is a supermarket next to the complex. There is a large swimming pool on the premises. I would like to mention the spacious terrace, which offers a beautiful view. Yes, there is a bar nearby, where people usually relax quite loudly, but if you close the windows, you can't hear anything. There is powerful air conditioning.

“Great apartment in Cala d'Or”

The apartment boasts a fantastic location—just a short walk to Cala Ferrera and other nearby beaches, with plenty of supermarkets close at hand. It’s equipped with all the essentials, including a stove and fridge, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the sweltering August heat. Antonio was incredibly helpful, especially considering our late Saturday arrival. He made sure we had all the information we needed right from the start. We rented a car during our stay and had no trouble parking, thanks to Antonio’s spot-on recommendations. One of our favorite features was the balcony, which made for a cozy and relaxing spot to enjoy our meals.

The location of the apartment is amazing! The magnificent beach of Cala Ferrera is 4 minutes away on foot, and there are also 3 more beautiful beaches within 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment is quite large, the terrace is also large. The kitchen has everything you need. Cleaning and change of towels was several times. We were very pleased!
