The villa is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Great for families who like to relax and have their own space. We used the barbecue on multiple occasions so having a supermarket with a deli and butchers a few minutes walk away was really convenient. The host Francisca, was lovely and accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Property is in quiet location, with a good supermarket a couple of hundred metres away. Easy 5 min walk to nearby bars and restaurants. 10 minutes to Centre with wide range of bars and restaurants. Good facilities, pool is great, lovely outside space. Barbecue is good. Whole villa clean and comfortable lots of space. Difficult to find fault.

Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and sunbeds. Nice mix of grass and paved outdoor areas. All facilities were in walking distance - supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and bars. Our party included 3 children under 4 years old so the park about 100 meters away was a real bonus, the park also included a cafe that did food and drinks. One of the children needed to see a Doctor, nothing serious thankfully, and Francisca was very helpful in getting this organised

“A special getaway with amazing hospitality”

It’s a beautiful spacious villa with a clean pool and kitchen amenities. The rooms are all clean and most have ensuites. There are games to play and the patio table for breakfast and dinner. Franciska was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. She even went the extra mile to gift me some birthday treats and recommended a place for a cake. She responded very quickly when we needed extra bedding and for the shower. Thank you so much for a great stay and hospitality!

Excellent location, close to supermarkets, beaches and a nice 10 minute walk into the centre of Cala D’Or. Francisca the host was amazing and without going into detail helped us so much. My husband had an accident and she drove us to a clinic and translated for us . She is one of the loveliest, kindest people I have ever met. I will definitely go back there next year .

“Wonderful Villa”

From the moment of arrival we knew that we would be very happy staying there. The host Francisca is very friendly and supportive. Total relaxation. The pool and gardens are wonderful. Choice of outside eating areas, the covered outside area was used every day. The interior so pretty and clean. Utility area a real bonus. Shops, playpark, beaches and restaurants so close and above all very quiet considering everything is so close. Pool floats some toys books and a lovely welcome tray exceptional. Francisca and her husband have a real gem.

The villa was well equipped and spacious. The outdoor space was what really made this villa so special, nice tidy gardens with beautiful plants, great pool and lots of seating areas. Was great in the day and night for relaxing. We'll looked after.

well maintained, spacious, clean and the host is very friendly and helpful - on call for any emergencies. there were inflatables, games, books and a welcome hamper all of which weren’t expected but a welcome addition

Excellent, quiet location but only a short stroll to the centre (10 minutes with young children). Good sized supermarket a 2 minute walk away. 3 stunning beaches within a 10 minute walk. Comfortable, clean villa with bonus features e.g. table tennis, pool inflatables, utility room. Francisca the host was very helpful when we had some electrical problems, all fixed very quickly and without fuss and she ensured it did not impact on our holiday. Would go again!

The location of this villa is fantastic,so close to beach shops snd restaurants so no need for a car.The house is well equipped and comfortable and has everything you need.Beautiful pool and garden with a lovely hammock under the tree.The host is there to meet you and help you with anything you need throughout your stay.We were a group of 2 families (4 adults and 3 teens) and it was a perfect size to share.
