The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, large beds and storage space, a cozy balcony. But! If you plan to stay for more than 3 days, then not all the amenities are in the hotel. The hotel has clean towels, but no shower gel, which is strange. During our stay, the hot water was gone for 1.5 days, and at night the Internet turned off completely. Regarding the rules that you can't make noise in the hotel, other residents were very noisy and did not let you sleep. But there is also no refrigerator and some basic things: glasses, etc. The location is good, but just because of the location raise such a price? and close your eyes to all the other amenities? The staff responded quickly, special thanks!

The rooms are located on the most central part of Cala d'or. It has air condition and it is clean. For a few days the rooms are more than ok and even after booking them late on the busiest period of the summer the price was decent. It is was you expect from a 2 star hotel.

They didn't clean the room. The lack of basic toiletries was shocking for over a weeks stay. They only clean the room every 4 to 5 days, and considering it's a beach front hotel, I would expect the rooms to be cleaned more frequently or at the very least leave clean towels more often than they did and leave basic amenities like a broom to sweep the sand from your room. It's a real shame as I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have recommended it to family and friends, and all have stayed have loved it but the last few years, they have really lost the charm and standards they use to have. It's no longer about the customers' exspreince it's just about money for them. Or at least that's how it feels. I understand you're a basic hostel, but basic hygiene should definitely be provided.

Excellent central location, basic but spotlessly clean accommodation, recently decorated. Self service but information regarding access and policies was clear. Despite a central location the accommodation is very quiet (room at the back).

Great location central to everything

to start positively… the rooms are clean and tidy & you are extremely close to all the beaches and main strip of restaurants — in saying this as it is close to the main strip it is very loud and unfortunately we had the balcony facing that street so was extremely difficult to sleep as well as the fact that the walls are very thin so you can here people coming home and talking and laughing at all hours — also a pre warning, they were just finishing renovating downstairs into a bar/restaurant that looks good but will add to the no sleep no doubt! the whole thing with where you put your trash was unclear and all the ‘house rules’ that are sent to you are strange, i can understand precautions for things but it felt a tad rude and made us scared that we would be charged extra for absolutely anything. you have to ask for more toilet paper + towels from the cleaner if you ever see her as there is no one ever at the property — everyone is different and it pretty good value for money for the location i just wish i had of known these few things first before booking for 7 days at this accommodation.
