Amazing accomodation. An oasis nearby to cala d'or with the best staff and ambience. Breakfast was fantastic as well!

We had a fantastic stay - the owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities were perfect including the pool, tea/coffee amenities and daily cake. The attention to detail was incredible- from balsamic vinegar and oil in the room to beach bags and bread knives- everything had been considered for a perfect stay.

Thank you to Alina and her team for such a memorable, exceptional, and warm welcome during our stay in Palma Everything was absolutely perfect, and every detail was carefully thought out to make our experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible The hotel is fantastic, the garden, the pool, the atmosphere… everything is beautifully designed and optimized so guests can fully enjoy their stay in complete peace But above all, what truly made the difference was the kindness, care, smiles, and warmth shown by the entire team. The energy and hospitality here are simply incredible I wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation. It was by far the best hotel of our trip. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would (unfortunately I’m limited to only 5!) Thank you again for everything

“An exceptional finca where Cathleen and Nicholas warm hospitality, legendary breakfasts, and the wonderful sense of comm”

We’ve stayed at quite a few rural properties over the years, but this finca is in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived, there was something different — a warm, relaxed atmosphere where guests naturally come together and form a little community. By the second day, our kids were running around with children they’d just met, and we were having a nice chat with the adults. Breakfasts alone are worth the stay. Every morning felt like a small celebration — fresh, abundant, and always with a surprise. Our kids still talk about the crepes that appeared one morning as if conjured from thin air. Smiles guaranteed before 9am. In the evenings, you have the option to join a shared dinner — and if you haven’t tried it, do. The location is fantastic — well-positioned for exploring the island while feeling completely removed from the tourist bustle. And the facilities are excellent across the board; nothing to fault there. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Nicholas and Cathleen are exceptional hosts — present without being intrusive, attentive without being fussy. They have a genuine gift for making every guest feel looked after at every turn. You don’t just feel welcomed; you feel pampered. We’ll be back. Highly, highly recommended

Nice and spacious garden with large pool, free coffee, tea, water and cake during the day. Breakfast was very nice, good assortment, and very good coffee

They bring the breakfast to your table and you will be served everything, and this breakfast includes all what you can think of, very tasty. They really make you feel you are on holiday! Such a good service!

“The most beautiful, calm and relaxing stay!”

Very close to everything, had everything you would need… iron, hairdryer, beach towels. The room was gorgeous and so was the entire place. Everything was spotless and the staff were amazing, the breakfast spread every morning was enough to fill you for the day & we were checking out before breakfast began and they made sure to give us some anyway. No faults at all :)

Beautiful place. Our first room had a sewage odor but after we called (after a late check-in), the owners gave us a different room. By chance or not, we appreciated it very much! Very caring of the detail owners.

Beautiful estate with a huge pool and very nice sun beds. More than there are guests, so you will never fight for subeds or balibeds. Also, habing free access to bicycles to use is a very convenient and nice extra!

“Great 2 Night Stay”

The room was very spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The property was very clean and well looked after. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is located just outside of the town but you could walk in, would take about 20 minutes. There is a proper lit pathway. Plenty of space around the pool area and sunbeds available. It was a nice quieter alternative to the pool area in hotels this time of year. Breakfast was served to the table with a selection of cold items and you could order eggs etc. The breakfast was beautifully presented.

Was Wonderful to stay in a small hotel out of the main resort.

What a special place. Generous in so many ways, from the breakfast through to the thought and care put into the rooms and outdoor spaces.Extremely peaceful location, just a 10 minute walk to amenities. Owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the bbq on the Thursday evening. Highly recommend.
