Great location, huge house with lot of space, well equipped. The house is close to the beach, so is little bit dampness in the lower rooms.

“Highly recommended”
Fully-equipped appartment with great amenities and equipment. The manager is always available. Perfect location to explore the beach or jogg/walk along the shore. The bus can take you to Ciutadella once per hour, for some shopping and dining.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the sea every day. The layout of the apartment was very well thought out, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made our stay very pleasant. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Moluns 7 was a great place to stay. We particularly appreciated the open plan dining and lounge area with sliding doors to a balcony. Cala Sant Vicenc is a small resort with a lovely clean beach.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, very well equipped, rooms are spacious and clean, location is very good as well, a quiet place, close to the beach, so very good spot for relaxation

“Very enjoyable”
Location is good, near the beach and restaurants and shops. Pool and balcony were great. Clothes rack and pegs handy. Washing machine outside and dishwasher were available.
