Nothing was refused entry or service from staff. Staff were so rude refused to let us check in saying is not paid when I literally booked using this website and left me, my infant and 10 year old daughter to stay outside for 8 hours until our airport transfers arrived

Our room was simple but very comfortable, with large cozy beds and a nice view of the city — we could even see a small glimpse of the sea🌊 Thank you! The room cleaning was excellent. Everything was very clean every day, which we really appreciated.

The pool area was ok, but the sun beds are so uncomfortable you cannot lie on them, the food was ok but seemed to cater more for the Spanish people, but there was plenty, the entertainment was also catered for the Spanish.

Very good breakfast with variety of dishes. Lunch and dinner are also very good. It's better to order full pension in Alone. Very nice and helpful personnel The hotel is renovated ,clean and neat We liked small shower chairs, it was thoughtful about groven people. We recommend hotel Alone for family or romantic vacation. There are evening concerts

The food is amazing!! The pool area is also great and the beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The quality/price is hard to beat. For those who like cycling it is very close to some well known places like Port Tudons, Coll rates, etc. I've loved it.

Within walking distance of the beach. Paid parking at the hotel is close and offers enough free spaces. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Clean, quiet, and very large comfortable beds. Lovely location not far from facilities such as the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Great little bar over the road called Bar 56 too. A few minutes walk towards the beach there is a lovely cafe for breakfast called Restaurante-Freiduria Calasol. Transport into old and new town is via Number 2 bus, which stops outside the hotel (across the road, no actual bus stop but bus sign on the road itself). When returning, the bus stops outside the hotel (ask the driver for hotel alone) and cost €3.20 for a round trip, and run very frequently.
