“Wonderful view from a nice balcony”
Wonderful view and very nice balcony. The host was very helpful. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby and bus stop just underneath the apartment. If flying to/from Alicante airport the Beniconnect bus is very convenient, it also has a stop in front of the apartment building.

Fantastic apartment, some really nice touches, simple things like beach towels and seats, toiletries, tea bags, coffee, beer in fridge, condiments, cooking oil, washing up liquid etc etc etc, all these little things make such a difference, cannot speak highly enough of this gem of a place.

“Wonderful apartment with views in a location that is second to none hosted superbly by Carlos”
We couldn't have asked for a better holiday and the assistance provided by Carlos was first class. Very clean and compact apartment with a balcony that exceeded our expectation. The view and location is on another level ,just 50 metres from the beach,bars,restaurants,supermarket,taxi rank,bus stop ,twice weekly artisan market,4 miles from Benidorm old town(walkable) and a very friendly and relaxed ambience which is exactly what we were looking for.Absolutely no negatives and we will most definitely be going back.

From booking the apartment to leaving our host Carlos was professional, helpful, reliable and friendly. Every we required was supplied to ensure we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal for easy access to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. A perfect balcony to sit, enjoy the vista and relax. Would highly recommend a little gem.

“A true gem in Cala De Finestrat”
10/10 the best place we have ever stayed. It suited us so much. Everything was there at the apartment that we could ever need, it is really well equipped. Communication was fantastic with Carlos, and we had no problem finding or accessing the apartment. We felt very lucky that we were so close to the beach and the supermarket. The balcony is HUGE and it is ideal for watching the world go by. The loungers were very comfortable. There is AC and it was handy during the recent heatwave, we were not too hot and we slept really well.

Carlos is an exceptional host, who genuinely wants his guests to be happy. The apartment was spotless. Lovely comfortable beds. It has absolutely everything you need. Towels, condiments, kitchen is very well equipped, hair dryer, gel & shampoo, beach chairs etc. The balcony is very large, well furnished with a fabulous sea view, the highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Carlos was amazing and provided us with a lot of things beach chairs beach towels shower and body gel you literally need to bring your clothes with u as he provided alot and more would deffo recommend to anyone
