“Fantastic Hotel, Chill Vibes”

I loved the vibe, the relaxed setting, the pool, the sunbeds the ease of everything. The staff were really friendly nothing was a problem. The food was incredible. The yoga was a lovely touch. Am definitely coming back

The view of the hotel with direct opening to the sea was very beautiful and special. The breakfast and dinner were also very diverse and quality, and the stuff extremely friendly and welcoming.

Great location, spotless hotel and lovely staff. We visited in September and there was plenty of sunbeds without reserving. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for my mothers birthday. Fridge wasn't working in the room and reception had the issue quickly resolved. Reception also organized a private transfer for us to and from the airport. Pool was right on the beach. Good vibe at Kaafu beach club. Plenty of choice for the breakfast. Good price. We had a side sea view. Free yoga classes outside every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

Overall, the quality of service was at a good level. The location was truly excellent. The views around the pool area were simply incredible. The reception staff were polite, and even considering the late check-in, they left a cold dinner, which was very much appreciated. The dinners and breakfasts were decent, though with some minor shortcomings.

Everything was perfect. A little cozy hotel far from the party area in Palma, yet the surroundings has everything you need.

Just love this hotel! Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed my breakfasts there with many options and time by the pool. Little pool was really useful for cooling down while getting the tan. Evening atmosphere was super relaxing - could hear the sea and music from the bar. Staff were really approachable and helpful. Great location with many shops and seaside. Room was clean,cool and comfy. Balcony views were amazing, especially sunrise! Also used the gym and enjoyed it a lot, it was super clean and quiet. Stayed with daughter and both were sad to leave this place.

The food quality was amazing! We took a half board and dinner was like you would go to a restaurant. Besides all the great options at the buffet there was also a grill station where you can get a high quality steak/fish/shrimps/pasta and other dishes included in the dinner price. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, we had a problem at our room and got a new one. The hotel has a beach club where you could get drinks and enjoy the sea view. In addition, the hotel is easily reachable by a bus A42 from the airport (be aware of possible strikes though).

Perfect location and we loved the chilled out vibe of the pool bar area with comfy seating and music. Lots of little extras like the fact people leave books once read and the hotel cat was often sunbathing in reception. Hotel was so good we often choose to spend our evenings there with a cocktail.

Buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing! So many options and the chefs cooked for you which was a lovely addition. Staff were super helpful in accomodating for allergies.

View from reception is amazing, staff are all really friendly & helpful. All areas were really clean. Surrounding restaurants were all excellent and great value. Air con in rooms worked perfectly. Plenty of sun loungers available through the day too. Breakfast was great and the chef making the omelettes was the nicest guy, big smile every day and remembered what you have.
