“great stay”

Monica is so friendly and helpful. we were a larger group and they accommodated us greatly. the apartments are recently refurbished, modern and very clean with a/c. very well furnished kitchen, they provide two beach umbrellas, fresh towels every two days, drying racks, ironing board and iron. they are located in a calm neighborhood, no noise, and beaches nearby.

The hosts were very helpful, lots of local knowledge and gave of lots of useful advice and recommendations. We took advantage of the washing machine (free to use, jist need to collect a key) they organised a late check out with no extra cost, provided us with a beach umbrella. The pool was excellent clean and lovely and deep at one end. Also around the corner was a lovely swimming spot, great for jumping in with steps out. Really enjoyed how close it was to Cuitadella, we had a hire car which we parked outside the property on the road and used daily to explore the island

The hosts were great, they were really friendly and helpful with any queries. It was lovely to have fresh towels every couple of days and clean sheets once a week. The location was ideal for us with a great restaurant (Blancala) just round the corner and a lovely swimming spot a 2 min walk away, as well as good access to both Cala Blanca Beach and Santandria Beach. Generally there were good facilities and the kitchen was equipped to enable you to prepare and cook meals. We would stay here again.

Great complex of 15 apartments a stone throw from a swimming bay. The apartment we had came with a decent pressure shower, good bed, kitchen with some utensils, a dining table + chairs, couch, TV, air-con, fridge/freezer, 3 plate stove, toaster, platwa/ ypa/ glasses /cutlery/pots and pans, a mocha pot for coffee. We had an upstairs apartment with a terrace, clothes horse, table and chairs. Fresh towels every 2 days and new sheets once a week at this time of the season There is a small pool, which we didn't use Ourselves. An iron, ironing board, mop, bucket, broom, dustpan all also available

Everything! The place was beautiful, newly renovated and very clean. The host was very friendly.going above and beyond to provide excellent service, fixing a broken coffee machine the same day and allowing us to spend some time in the facilities before our late flight. Excellent location and could not recommend it enough! Wil definitely repeat.

“A great location for family and friends”

Great location as quite close to not-so-busy beaches, such as Cala Blanca and Sa Caleta. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance! Ciutadella is also quite close and you can get there by bus as getting a car spot in the evening can be quite difficult. The host was really great and quite supportive also in providing touristic information. The apartments have access to a not-so-busy swimming polls and washing machines and a BBQ area.

“A nice basic apartment in a quiet location”

A nice clean basic but comfortable 2nd floor apartment (#7) which is located in a quiet residential location about 10 min walk to Santandria beach and 15/20 mins to Cala Blanca beach. The air conditioning unit is in the main kitchen/living room area but was effective enough to make the whole apartment cool as long as you kept the door and windows closed. The swimming pool isn't huge but is of a decent size and surprisingly 1.90m at the deepest part. We used it each evening and always had it just to ourselves. There is a small supermarket next door and their are a couple of better stocked ones within a 10 min walk. Parking is on the street and free, you just need to find a spot somewhere in the vicinity which we never found to be a problem. Joanna the host is very friendly & helpful and only a phone call away if you encounter any issues.

really great internet. comfy. clean. I had to work for 2 days and had previously had such terrible internet at other hotels on the island. no trouble at all in Rayma. everything else was also great.

Everythibg. Really friendly staff. Incredibly clean and spacious apartment with a cute swimming pool. The beds were quite confortable and quite big rooms. Bathroom and kitchen wel equiped for what you need (pans, cutlery, dishes...). It's quite near from really nice (and popular) beaches and also really near from Ciutadella. The neigbourhood was really calm when we were there (end of september)
