“Would book again”
The hotel is very well maintained, including the huge comfy and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and professional, yet sometimes a bit cold. I had just one night here but was pretty happy. Room service dinner was great and a lot of food for a fair price. Breakfast buffet was also good in a silent environment. Parking was easy, they have a huuuge underground garage. Price for parking I do not remember, but was fair.

The location to Festival City for work and as a solo female traveller. I felt helped and at ease all the time the hotel is beautiful Nd my room was fantastic. Mahmoud was brilliant on converge all through and checked to make sure I was ok. So friendly and welcoming. Also Osama from F&B was excellent and went out of his way to help me.

Good hotel with nice clean rooms. Pool side cafe with large screen for watching live sports Smart rooms are a bit smaller than pool.view but comfortable Breakfast spread is also quite good
