the hotel is under construction and we reached it was closed although we had confirmation from booking and email for reservation, unfortunatly it was fake confirmation .

The first two days were a very bad experience: No hot water No towels, toilet paper, or soap No blanket Bathroom fan wasn’t working I asked many times to change the room, but the staff kept refusing. On the third day, they finally changed my room after many complaints. Overall, the service was poor and very stressful. I don’t recommend this hotel, especially for international travelers.
