Beds exceptionally comfortable, good size TV and good selection of channels, bathroom large, storage excellent. Overall look/proportion/aspect of room pleasing. Excellent room service and housekeeping, very attentive staff, when requested items they were quick to replenish ( ie extra coffee capsules or tea bag's) The State Room where breakfast was superb, did you most proud. Mohammed went great lengths to show us Egyptian breakfast/foods which we continued to eat every day of our 7 day stay. Hugely grateful too, that on last day, we had a 5am start for airport, a breakfast box was brought to our room, a real Godsend. Italian restaurant, excellent pizzas ( best outside of Rome) and a lovely touch at lunchtime to bring a slice out to all sitting at poolside. Lastly, superb service from the Head Concierge and Asst. Concierge concerning private tour around the Pyramids. The Independent guide Mahmoud Mayo was superb- incredibly well informed on all historic/political/geographical aspects of Egyptian culture and was most charming too. Thank you to all the wonderful Staff, from security, doormen, reception, waiters, cleaners... all were so incredibly kind, helpful and always with a smile. It showed Egyptian people have an utmost generous kind and giving personality and definitely a reason to come back to your beautiful country.

“Glamorous top notch experience created with ❤️”
Nijar and Eman the Ladies in Red were so thoughtful, kind, friendly and they treated me beautifully. They both went above and beyond for me in extending my booking till 2pm, taking me to a beautiful spa where I relaxed for hours and I also read there a lovely book about Arabian Horses in Egypt 🐎 ♥️, they ordered a quality chocolates and fruit into my room as a surprise and were treating me as their family. The stunning flowers arrangements, breathtaking art throughout the hotel, the beautifully played piano music, excellent food and most of all the kindest staff made my stay super special♥️. The staff during my breakfast and dinner were excellent, they paid so much attention to me and offered me their best treats. The chef who made the pizza for dinner, that was certainly the best pizza I ever had, too delicious, Italians can learn from him 😆. The 🇪🇬Egyptian owner is an amazing business man who brings the top notch experiences to his guests, I felt like a princess in his hotel in every single way. It really felt like living in a beautiful palace not in a hotel. The views from the outdoor swimming pools were incredible and I couldn't stop admiring all the stunning paintings inside of the hotel. The cleaning lady was so sweet and hardworking and paid attention to every single detail. The guests were super friendly and kind too. It was very painful checking out though 😆, of course I wanted to stay so much longer. Thank you so much to everyone for making my stay so wonderful 🇪🇬♥️♥️♥️ Best wishes, Henrieta
