The entire team consistently goes above and beyond, and they do it with sincerity and a warm smile that makes you feel welcomed and completely at home. A very special thank you to the concierge team — Mr. Abdou and Mr. Sherif. These two gentlemen were nothing short of incredible. They arranged all my transportation to and from the airport flawlessly and assisted with everything else I needed during my visit. Their support, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a real difference. I cannot thank them enough. Now the breakfast experience… truly 7 stars. The quality of the food, the cleanliness, the presentation, and the huge variety of choices were all 10/10. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels around the world, but this breakfast stands out as one of the very best I have ever had. A massive thank you as well to Mr. Tamer, the Restaurant Manager. He sets a standard that is simply unmatched. He leads the team brilliantly, and you can see his impact everywhere — the staff are attentive, fast, and proactive. You barely look in their direction and someone is already there to help, with zero waiting time. Mr. Tamer personally checks on guests with a genuine smile, making sure everyone is happy and nothing is missing. His leadership elevates the entire dining experience. To sum it up: We loved our stay. We will definitely come back. And I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt — you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. I stayed there for one night because I wanted a good place close to the airport, and it turned out to be perfect. The location is excellent — not only near the airport but also surrounded by fun places where you can easily spend an entire day exploring. What I appreciated the most was the free shuttle service to and from the airport. It saved both time and money, and it made me feel very safe, especially since my flight was early in the morning and I needed to be at the airport by 5 a.m. The shuttle is operated directly by the hotel and used only by hotel guests, which made it feel even more secure. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary choice of either an Arabian sweet platter or a cheese platter — we chose the cheese platter, and it was delicious and generous enough for two people. We booked a standard room, which was spacious and well-equipped. All the amenities and facilities exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport.

I can not fault this hotel in any way, the reception area was very well presented and from there it was very easy to man over your way around the hotel.
