“Exceptional Value for Money”

value for money; the best I've seen in years of travelling. staff; helpful, curtious, prompt and extremely welcoming, especially Kazim. location; everything is within walking distance including some of the best restaurants, hospitals, clinics and labs. the room; clean, spacious, elegantly decorated and offers a very homely vibe. despite the time of day and how noisy it gets during rush hours, the room is still very quite, which resulted in nights of quality sleep. In summary, it's extremely highly recommend 👌 👍 👏.

The property does not serve breakfast as it's a furnished apartment. The couches were not clean and had visible stains. The kitchen was adequate but nothing exceptional. Street noise is noticeable and can be disruptive. On the positive side, the place feels safe with cameras installed at the main entrance. We paid $110 USD per night, but in my opinion, it’s not worth more than $50 USD.

Great location and brilliant host! Eslam was incredibly accomodating and helpful, and the team looked after us very well. Very responsive hosts, and the room they gave us was modern and very nice to stay in.

“Modern apartment in a nice area in Cairo”

Modern, spacious and cozy studio apartment situated in a nice area, really close to Nile river. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, great facilities in the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. The host was always available in case of any questions. Perfect place to stay for those who like peace and don't like to be disturbed.

We were greeted by Eslam who was very nice, kind and helpful. He responded promptly to my messages and was always smiling. the location was very good and there was a coffee shop, supermarket, pizzeria and various other eateries nearby. It was exactly as in the pictures and very clean. I would choose it again!

“Smart and modern apartment, but quite dark.”

The apartment is pretty smart. We had two nights booked but actually left after one night to go to a hotel as it wasn't right for us. Not the fault of the host, however, the apartment is in a busy area, not, much light in the apartment and we decided to move to be more comfortable. with better facilities. If you want your own flat, with self contained kitchen etc - then this is right for you. The host is very nice.

The property was well-decorated and situated in a good accessible location for Uber. We would navigate to and from the cafe Cortado which was a few doors away. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Mahmoud and the manager regularly messaged to ensure we were happy and to ask if we needed anything.

Very clean, good location. Flight delayed which meant staff had to stay up till 3 am to welcome us. Needed a hair dryer, and the staff bought us one too. So felt welcomed and the staff try their best to help us. Wi-Fi fast and smooth too.
