I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made everything exactly the way I wanted — every single request of mine was fulfilled without hesitation. I mušt say, I am quite a demanding lady, but every one of my wishes was met with patience and professionalism. This is highly commendable and truly impressive. The hot water was always available, which is very important and deserves special praise. Also, the view from the window was absolutely stunning — one of the best I’ve experienced. I am deeply grateful to the staff for their patience, kindness, and for making my stay so comfortable. Their service left a lasting impression on me.

l was so pleased they were still open at 1.30 when I got there thanks to Cairo air being 3.5 hours late for no given reason.

“Fair”
The price offer I received was not honored, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $10 for each day of my stay. This was both shocking and disappointing. Please be transparent about such details from the start. Additionally, the lobby had heavy smoke, requiring me to wear a face mask, which was uncomfortable.

“I had a nice stay for two nights in the Nile Zamalek, an old but charming hotel. Good for sleeping!”
The Hotel in the heart of Zamalek next to a metro station was situated perfectly for my two days stay. Compared to other hotels in the area of the same price range the room was relatively quiet, still you hear the street though.

“I would stay there again.”
Egypt is the third world. By that measure, this hotel is very good to excellent. Straight out the door, about 100 meters is an excellent sandwich, omelet shop.
