Location was amazing, 24/7 front desk for all my english enquiries. Breakfast included and it was plenty and served with love. My favourite part was the staff who were not just helpful but kind souls.

“The pictures on the website is totally different from the room provided.”
The pictures are totally different from the room given. Broken chairs and broken sofa. The breakfast was poor and the person preparing was in bad mood, only had breakfast on the next morning and skipped the rest. We had to upgrade the room and pay double the amount to get a better room. The wifi kept disconnecting.

Every thing you ask they reply no without any explanation no early check in , no late check out while the hotel is empty I would ask to speak with mangers but also no response, I never recommend this hotel

Great and variety of food was served for breakfast. The staff at the apartments very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The apartment very clean and roomy. The kids loved the pool and also able to kick a soccer ball around.

When I tried to pay it. it asked to pay as cancellation fee. (I got email of the price USD.$147 but I paid USD $181... It was cancellation fee. It is unfair. I asked USD$147 but, there was no Excuse.! I paid USD$181.
