They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time.

The staff all including Mr. Karim was very generous, friendly, and willing to help and support in every small detail, thanks a lot for all especially Mr. Adli, Madam Azza who made my stay is very special, definitely will come back when visiting Cairo again
