Our host Hossam was a very kind Gentleman indeed! The apartment was clean & tidy, in fact very cozy indeed. The fridge had plenty of water & sodas in it, there were also chocolate bars left for us! Everything was in great condition & working order in the apartment too. There is a huge supermarket in the shopping mall which is attached to the apartment block.You will also find fashion shops & fast food shop very close. If you are looking for international brand shopping try the Cairo Festival Mall or the City Center Almady mall. We would definitely return! Thank you once again for your kind hospitality Mr. Hossam.

“Great stay”

The apartment was great and in a very good location. In the apartment you have all facilities, towels, blankets etc. The apartment is located above a shopping centre and there is a supermarket in the ground flower, very convenient. The host was very kind and showed us everything around in the compound by our arrival. There were plenty of fruits, water and soft drinks when we arrived. The host was very friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions that we may had. If we come back to Cairo we will definitely stay there again!

“Perfect stay at a perfect apartment”

Hossam met me at the property show me around. I was allowed to check in early after explaining my flight from Luxor was arriving at 6am. I was in the apartment by 8.30am. I truly appreciate this kindness. The was plenty fruits water and chocolates left in the apartment. The apartment was clean all kitchen utensils was of good Quality. The bedrooms bedding towels everything was perfect. Can't find a fault. It is a safe. Supermarket and loads shop within the compound. The cleaning product was good stuff. Every room had a hand sanitiser. I love it. Hossam is friendly/kind and always willingto help.

A duplex-style apartment that is exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. Bright and ideally located in an outstanding area with easy access to everything you need. The compound is also well designed, featuring numerous shops, several swimming pools, and a gym. A large supermarket is conveniently located right in the basement of the buildings, easily accessible via the elevators. In short, everything is in place for a truly perfect stay!

The owner went above and beyond in making our arrival smooth. He instructed the taxi driver to take us to the right location. He then assisted with the luggage and gave us a tour of the flat. He then walked with us around the area and showed us all the good spots for food, shopping etc. As that wasn’t enough he gave my wife a gift when we were leaving and helped us with the taxi arrangements. An absolute Gentleman. Thank you.

Clean, tidy, great location and has everything like you have at home. It is very well thought out. You face inside the property, not the roads and the property is very quiet. Lots of malls and food establishments close or within a 0.5-1 mile walk. Hossam is very welcoming and will help with anything you need help with.

Our host, Hossan, made us feel very welcome and was very generous, including fruits, water, and beverages The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and with lots of towels etc The location is about an hour from the sites of Cairo, but New Cairo is a nicer place to stay, and taxis to the city are easy to get and very inexpensive. Within the complex, there is a good supermarket to get any groceries you need.

Mr Hossam is a very respectful person. From arrival until departure he guided me. The apartment was far better than the pictures. I also appreciated the strong WiFi connection because I work remotely. During my 2 weeks stay I felt 100% safe , especially as a female solo traveller it's important to find a location you feel comfortable in and safe at all times. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, as well as a big Supermarket called Lulu. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, from hair dryer, towels, washing products, even shampoo and plenty of bottled water and spices, microwave, toaster, cooking stove , big fridge, lovely balcony. You can easily reach Cairo city center via Uber which is also convenient. Also there is 24h security guards outside the compound. You can find seafood, KFC and plenty other restaurants right next to the building. On the day of checking out Mr Hossam gave me a papyrus present with my name on it . Also he put plenty of fruits and sweets in the apartment which was great after a long trip. I will definitely come back to this accomodation!!!

“Luxury apartment indeed. Good to stay”

Very fancy and luxurious apartment I've ever stayed in with a low to mid-range price. The apartment was nice, there's a living room on the 1st floor and 2nd floor for the bedroom. There's also swimming pool provided. Facilities wise, is very good. The securities and staffs were nice and friendly, as well as the owner, Hossam, giving us a very warm and friendly welcoming gesture. For sure 100% will recommend people to stay in this place. Although the location from the apartment is quite far from the city of Cairo, it's still worth to try for a night or 2.

“Excellent Stay”

My travelling companion and I were very happy with the apartment. Mr Hossam was friendly and professional. He replied to my emails quickly and was always ready to help. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment so we knew how things worked and where things were. It is very conveniently located right above a supermarket, ATM, and a good coffee shop. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! It really felt like coming home after our long days of touring. I would definitely stay here again - I am so glad we skipped the hotels. Mr Hossam was so thoughtful - we had a bowl of fresh fruit, and chocolate! waiting for us, and plenty of bottled water. Having a washing machine and drying rack was fantastic too. The security was great, and it was easy to be picked up out the front every morning. It was very quiet inside and very secure. My friend and I felt safe at all times. The apartment itself is gorgeous, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Beds comfy, water hot, and towels soft. We had lots of space in our separate rooms to unpack and have some privacy without feeling cramped. The swimming pools looked nice, however it was too cold to go for a dip given the time of year. Thank you Mr Hossam, you made these two Aussies feel very welcome!
