The hospitality is great the staff is very welcoming.. The housekeeping was also great.. And for the breakfast it was delicious traditional egyptian breakfast... It's my second time to stay here and not my last Inshaa allah

“Very bad hotel”
am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room I was assigned during my recent visit to your hotel. Upon arrival and inspection of the room, I was deeply disappointed by the following issues: The room was dirty, with dust covering almost every surface. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the room that made it uninhabitable. The furniture was in poor condition, with the sofa bed being completely broken and unusable. There was a pervasive smell of smoke throughout the room, despite my expectation of a clean, smoke-free environment. The television in the room was not functioning, which further detracted from the experience. These conditions were entirely unacceptable and far below the standards I anticipated based on your hotel’s advertised 4-star rating and the positive reviews I had read prior to booking. As a result, I immediately canceled my stay and sought alternative accommodations. Given that the hotel failed to meet the promised standards and did not provide the services I paid for, I kindly request a full refund for my booking. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide an update regarding my refund request at your earliest convenience.
