The Hotel is in a great location close to most of Cairo facilities and sites ,The Hotel is very clean and quiet ,The reception are very welcoming ,friendly and helpful especially Mr.Ashraf and Mr.Romani they were so great and made every thing easy for me let alone being professional .Rooms are big enough with a nice scene could see the Nile sideways ,House keeping are very diligent and doing the work fast and perfect ,Security men are also very nice and helpful ....Thank you very much ....Khalid Sedeek - Tourist Guide

The very special treatment from the Staff starting from the front office ,porters and room services .Rooms are very clean ,place is great and easy to reach with easy connection to the Down town ..Every body has a cheerful smile and they are really generous and caring for their guests .I will always stay there ,Am a tour guide and nearly been to 10s of Hotels ,this one is very special .Thank you
