“3 nights in Cairo”
we had a large apartment on the 12th floor, everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, a little worse at the entrance, when they welcome us and open the door when we have a small bag. when we leave and have several suitcases, no one was there and we struggled a lot with the narrow door. The restaurant by the pool is good, the service is very good and they have good beer and my son praised the pizza ...

“World class Hotel”
Exceptional stay at this opulent and stunning hotel. We were treated like royalty for the duration of our stay. I stayed here with my husband and our two children from the 18th - 22nd of May 2025, and it was a highlight of our holiday, along with seeing the pyramids. The staff at the First Residence were so efficient, incredibly attentive, and professional. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Our room was always immaculate, extremely spacious, and very comfortable beds. The breakfast and also the food served by the pool is exceptional and of the highest quality. We travel extensively as a family, having visited many parts of the world and I would have to say, this hotel would be one of our top favourites. I want to give a special mention to the general manager Charles Fisher, as an ambassador for the Four Seasons Brand, he really delivered world-class service. He was extremely approachable, very genuine, and sincere. He kindly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was satisfactory. I want to also mention the hostess Toka, who kindly catered to our needs at the pool. She was so attentive, ensuring that we had enough towels at the pool and she had a lovely manner with our children. All the hotel staff were extremely approachable, genuine, professional, and efficient. We will definitely be visiting again.

Staying at the Four Seasons First Residence in Giza was absolutely wonderful. The building itself was stunning, and the views were breathtaking, especially overlooking the Nile. The service was top-notch, from the reception to the restaurants, and everyone was incredibly attentive. It’s a place that will always hold a special spot in my heart, and I’m definitely planning to return next year, if not the following one. I loved every moment of it, and it was truly amazing! “A Good Stay Turned Into a Nightmare – No Compensation, Rude Receptionist” My stay at this hotel started off well — the room was comfortable and the location was great. However, my final night completely ruined the experience. I returned around midnight to find my room flooded with toilet water due to a blocked toilet. It was an extremely unhygienic and distressing situation — water had spread across the entire floor, including my luggage and shoes. I was barefoot, trying to assess the damage, and had to carry my own luggage out of the flooded room. I stood waiting for 20 minutes before being offered a new room, with no apology or urgency from staff. What made the experience worse was the receptionist on duty, Sherif, who was unhelpful, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I checked out the next morning — sleep-deprived and still shaken — he actually smirked and sarcastically asked, “So… did your sleep get ruined?” No compensation was offered. No concern shown. No professionalism. This experience not only ruined my final night, but left a sour taste after what had been a lovely stay. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel after the way I was treated.
