Good price, beautiful interior, great location, friendly staff.

The lovely decor in the rooms , we stayed in 3 different rooms and they all were spacious with high ceilings and stylish furniture, big mirrors everywhere , tea/coffee in rooms and nice breakfasts. Staff were great (Khalid, Yousef ) too and the location is fantastic, walking distance to Tahrir Square and the Cairo Tower, also downtown.

The property was good but the walls are very thin so you do hear a lot of noise from in- and outside

“fraud and insecurity”

From the moment we entered the hotel, we found ourselves surrounded by a series of lies. The female owner tried to cover up the fact that she had given our room to someone else with one lie after another. When she realized that the situation wasn't as she was lying, she asked us to cancel our reservation. We were left stranded with our baby and were essentially mocked. The manager didn't even apologize for her blatant disrespect. Booking.com should immediately stop working with this hotel and hold such liars accountable!

Our favourite place we stayed in Cairo! We went back cause we loved it so much. Mohammed and Zachariah went out of there way to help us. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and for such a good price.

Breakfast was not included

We arrived the hotel, but the reception told us they sold our room to others. And they kicked out us of the hotel. Because we booked the rooms with private bathrooms but they said they gave these rooms to others, we could only have the rooms with shared bathroom.

The room itself looked very nice and cute. Deluxe room had a few cute things for women as complimentary. The receptionists were super polite. The shower was good. There's hot water.

We booked a few months in advance and when we arrived to check in we were told the hotel was fully booked. We never recieved any notice. We spent hours trying to find another hotel and had to pay for more uber rides to stay somewhere else and ended up missing a tour we had booked. The guy at the desk tried to be as helpful as possible but it’s really down to the manager to ensure this kind of inconvenience doesn’t happen.

The place unique and beautiful.. it is a shame we couldn't stay it looked lovely and perfect for cat lovers. They have a domestic cat tribe.
