“Good but could be better”
The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was small but home-like so good. You are right in downtown (so a good location but prepare for some morning noise).

“Perfect spot”
Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful staff. On-site security 24/7 makes the stay safer. They made me an early breakfast and coffee for an early morning tour. This was unexpected and very thoughtful. They also provided a very cost effective transport to the airport.

“Clean, friendly and SUPER cheap!”
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — An Amazing Stay! Firstly, there was a mistake in my booking, and the lady at the property replied to my message immediately and fixed everything straight away. Amazing service from the start. Secondly, on the day I was flying out, I received a message saying, “Here is our location. If you need help, please contact us.” At that moment, I knew I was in good hands — and I truly was! Thirdly, the location is great, only about 20–25 minutes from Cairo Airport (without traffic). Uber is definitely a MUST here! Fourthly, when I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and water, and shown to a VERY CLEAN room. It smelled wonderful. There were two cleaners who worked every morning, and if you wanted your room cleaned, they were always ready to help. Fifthly, there were two WCs, which was great because you never had to wait. The WCs were always clean and ALWAYS had tissue. The water was VERY hot too, which I absolutely loved. Sixthly, the balcony area was cozy and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. Seventh, the morning breakfast was the BEST. The aunty made your breakfast fresh whenever you requested it from 8 a.m., which really brought back childhood memories lol. I also personally loved the area — it was tourist-free, and the local food shops were excellent, especially the 3rd Market (a must-visit!). Overall, it was an amazing trip thanks to Castle Hotel. THANK YOU — I will definitely be back, inshAllah!

Staff was really cool and friendly, they helped out alot with booking trips at a fair price and the tour guide they connected us with for the pyramids was probably the best guide iv ever had (and iv been lucky to see alot!) The place was great value for money. Very clean rooms, breakfast was nice and the roof terrace is a cool little spot.... shukran castle hotel!
