⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! Ms. Walaa contacted me via WhatsApp right after my booking to welcome me and check if I needed any assistance. Check-in was very smooth, and I was greeted with a refreshing Egyptian Karkade - lovely touch =). The breakfast was very good, and Ms. Walaa even kindly brought me some fruits, which was a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional. Ms. Walaa also greeted me before I left, which was another lovely touch. Overall, a true 5-star treatment. Highly recommended! 😊

Quiet location in downtown Cairo. Great coffee shop inside. Internet was working fine inside the rooms, but bad at the remaining if property. Free water bottles :)

“Perfect location, helpful staff and good coffee”

The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right between Khan El Khalili and the Egyptian Museum. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They constantly asked if everything was OK. The room facilities were adequate. The bathroom was spacious. The room was cleaned everyday and two 600 ml bottles of water were given daily. Located a cafe at the hotel entrance is a great advantage. The coffees were reasonably priced and good.

Second stay was as good as the first 3 years ago

I’m giving a score of 5 mainly because of the good location and the kindness of the security guard, who was extremely polite and helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before — but during my last two visits, I was quite disappointed. The property has great potential due to its position, but the owner should really invest in renovation and proper maintenance. Otherwise, they risk losing returning guests .
