very good communications with the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, airport service on request (great), quick and very good loundry on request (great), fridge available, tea and coffee available, water dispenser available (great), all sanitary products available (great), pizza restaurant next door, kiosk, coffee shop and supermarkets close to the hotel.

The staff were so helpful and hospitable providing coffee, juice and sweet treats. The nice reception area is welcoming and our room was comfortable. For breakfast there is a great cafe Beano's just round the corner.

Ahmed is the one who everyone need to have in its journey! Literally perfect, he brings us McDonalds at 5 am and was one of the best felling so far!! Anyways I really suggest to live here if you need to visit Cairo. It’s a place full of peace inside the chaos of the city. Really good choice!!

We stayed in Room 602, which was spacious and well-equipped with two bedrooms and a range of kitchen appliances, including a washing machine, sink, toaster, and even an electric cooker. The room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hands down the best hotel staff we as a family have ever come across. A special thank you to Khalid, Said, Mustafa, and Mohammed for their brilliant service – they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the place, it was spacious and in great location. There's no electric outages as they have a generator. Overall it was a comfortable stay, thanks to the responsive staff.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities. They have a restaurant attached to the building called dash burgers which serves good smash burgers 🍔. Various other restaurants in walking distance as well. The highlight has to be the friendly staff. A special thanks to Khalid who is extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated.

The strengh is the Staff...very helpful. Always try to assist you. The massage chair is also a plus....everyone enjoyed it. Supermarket just 1min away.
