The manager and all the staff were so friendly. The smiles greeted us every day. The property was in a wreath location for us as it was near the beach and easy to access shops and restaurants

A garden of Eden, big home, nice people, cats to cuddle... what do you need more? Ah yes! There is even champaign given to you on your arrival!!! Halleluja.

We really enjoyed our stay in our ground floor apartment "Martina". We loved the sound of the birds and the howler monkeys in the early morning and could see lizards, squirrels, frogs and agoutis in the garden and even sloth and big iguanas in the trees around. The apartment is spacy and has a comfortably equipped terrace. I loved the hammock! The bed was comfortable and we could leave the windows open at night and not us the air-conditioning as all windows have mosquito nets. Staff was always very friendly and helpful and the breakfast tasty and more than enough. We can absolutely recommend New Caribe Point and would love to come back!

“Great choice to stay in Cahuita”

We enjoyed our stay at New Caribe Point a lot. The house is nice and big and has everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. The terrace is a great place to spend some time, read a book and watch animals. In the garden we got to see hummingbirds, toucans, sloths, agoutis and frogs, also lots of other birds, butterflies and lizards. Nice pool, friendly cats and friendly team :) thank you for everything, this was our favorite place so far on this trip!

5 holiday homes set in lovely, well kept gardens, each with own plot so private. Staff were lovely, there if you needed them but hands off if not which we really like. Pool was beautifully clean. Apartments were so well equipped for comfort both inside and on balcony and we had windows on all sides of our apartment. Just under 20 mins walk to the Main Street where most restaurants are and has the infamous reggae bar a few metres away which is the main event on a Friday night. Coffee at La Playa Coffee & Gelato is a must - best marble cake I’ve ever had.

This place is a gem! The owner, Eduardo, and the team were absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment. The pool was very clean, breakfast was great, we saw so much wildlife just from the garden, sloths, iguanas, monkeys. It was just up the road from the beach, very near a couple of bars for dinner/ drinks. A calypso band played at the nearby Reggae bar one evening which was fantastic. Edwardo organised a couple of excursions for us to waterfalls and a snorkeling trip on the coral reef where we swam with Rays, a turtle, many fish. So pleased we came here.

The breakfast was excellent. Hosts and staff very helpful and friendly. They gave us a gift for New Years eve.

The pictures do not do justice to thee accommodation. It's a lovely little house, quietly situated in a beautiful garden where howler monkeys, toucans and other animals are regularly spotted. The accommodation is on walking distance from the beach and some eating facilities. Staff is very helpful and kind, makes sure the accommodation is upkept and that there are always fresh sheets and towels at hand. The house is spacious and there's a lot of privacy from the other houses at the property. We had a very fun and relaxing time at this place with our young children. Would definitely recommend.

“Cozy and private stay next to the beach.”

New Caribe Point is perfectly located next to the beach, while also offering a very private and calm atmosphere. The different small houses, offering 1-2 apartments, are separated by an amazing garden, where you can find various animals like frogs and squirrels. Ana and her family are very welcoming, helpful and enjoy making your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great location with close access to the beach; rich wildlife within the property (monkey, frogs, birds, spiders); overall it's a nice and clean place to stay.

A beautiful gated property, giving the impression that it was your own. Pristine gardens take you from your allocated parking spot to your impeccably kept accommodation. The owners were always available, we had a slight issue with an AC unit that was urgently dealt with. Beach is a short walk giving a choice of pool or beach. You don’t have to work hard to search for the wildlife, just sit there with something nice to drink and it comes to you.

We got to stay in the upper unit where we could watch monkeys just a few meters away, the room ia very spacious as is the bathroom, mosquito nets everywhere, breakfast was delicious and the host is very lovely and helpful. 5min to the beach and they also have bicycles for use. Definitely recommend!

Simply the perfect place to stay in Cahuita! The management team are friendly, helpful and efficient, as are all the staff. Such a beautiful and sympathetically tended environment, achieving the sense of being amongst the jungle whilst maintaining a spotlessly clean and protected area. Our 2 goals for Costa Rica…seeing a sloth in the wild and enjoying a special birthday for my husband, turning 80 the day after we arrived. On arrival as I climbed up the stairs to our cabin in the trees I spied a sloth just chilling on the fence behind our room. Then we were presented with a bottle of Prosecco, half of which we managed save for the morning celebration. At 5.30am we were awakened by an unearthly sound that filled our room and deafened our ears…took us a minute and then we scrambled out to sit on the deck, Prosecco in hands, as the howler monkeys kept up their verbal morning assault on the neighbouring troupe. So that was it, in less than 24 hours our goals had been accomplished in the most magical of ways! New Caribe Point has cleverly created a place where humans and nature can co-exist in harmony. The fabulous and still unspoilt beaches are just a few minutes stroll, with laid back bars where tourists and locals blend and the vibe is as warm as the perfect climate. And those adorable Agoutis….😍

Lovely gardens and small swimming pool . Birds and wildlife in garden. Accommodation good with excellent air conditioning ( in bedroom ) . Close to beach and several bars / eateries. Within walking distance of the town and National Park . The owner and staff were helpful and friendly.

Very clean accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness definitely exceeded our expectations. The whole place is very well maintained, super clean. It's a great location almost at the beach, and walking distance to the centre of Cahuita and the Cahuita National Park. There was also an opportunity to rent bikes, free of charge, which was a great addition to our stay. We had a fantastic time staying at New Caribe Point. Definitely recommend! :)
