Great location, lovely owners.

I have stayed there 3x now. All stays were top notch. Only 2 rooms, one themed as sky, the other as clouds. Done very well. The water pressure and hot water are unusually good for an Italian structure. Mode4n home. The hosts are very warm and responsive. He is a chef in a very good local restaurant. I recommend it. Free private parking. Walking distance to Cagli centro and many services. Very clean. Breakfast is included by voucher for a pastry or sandwich, coffee and juice at either of 2 local spots, both good. The shower in the Nuvole room is separated from the other parts of the bathroom but it is HUGE.

The room is spacious, with a bathroom and separate shower. There is a coffee machine in the room. It is just a few steps to the old town center, breakfast is not served at the property, but in a cafe in the old town center (3 minutes walk).

Great place to stay. I went to that apartment with the bike and I got a fantastic support during my time at this hotel. I changed my plans and stayed another night at this apartment.

“Fantastic value, host and space!”

Gabriele and his wife were amazing hosts. The location was ideal with a 4 minute walk to the center of Cagli. The room was spotless and the decor was tasteful, contemporary and very functional. Wi-Fi was strong. The door was activated by a card key making entry and exit effortless. The shower was new, spacious and had great water pressure. Gabriele also is the owner chef of one of the, if not the best, restaurants in Cagli. He specializes in expert preparations of funghi. Buonissimi. And, he availed me a 10% discount as a B&B guest.

Clean and well kept. The bathroom is big, nice modern shower and ample space to move around. The room is just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Breakfast voucher which can be used in 2 different bars both a few minutes walk from the room

Cagli is a must see and this room was perfect to wind down! Hosts are amazing, friendly and helpful. The shower is excellent and the bed comfortable. Dont leave Cagli without eating at La Giaconda!!

Beautiful room with lovely design. Just what we wanted, on the edge of the town but only a short walk from the lovely main piazza and lots of good places to eat nearby. Very nice hosts.
