“Comfortable house with a nice view suitable for remote work”

What did I like about this place? Everything! The hosts are very warm, friendly, and helpful, and their dog, Diana, is terrific! - she's friendly to other dogs and people. We were welcomed with a sweet surprise baked by the hosts. We stayed there together with my wife to work remotely. The house is well-decorated but functional and comfortable. The view from the house is of the city center and the mountains with a beautiful sunset. The location is very peaceful and quiet. There are a few paths for a nice walk with views. It's great for people with dogs. The beds are very comfortable - 7.5/10 in the mattress firmness. The pillows could be a bit better, but this is a very individual preference. The internet connection (20-30 mbit/s) was enough for both of us (20-30 mbit/s) to work remotely. Near Cagli, there are two excellent wineries with natural wines - Cantina Antonioli (~40 min drive) and Tenuta Cà Sciampagne (~30 min drive).

We booked this little house as we were doing a course in Cagli and wanted to be able to leave the city in the evenings, and it was perfect. The house is beautifully restored and appointed, and also nice and cool during a very hot spell in Italy. Everything works, the house was spotless, our hosts were charming and helpful, and even brought us a cherry tart they had made! It is a magical spot and had a wonderful table in the shade outside where we enjoyed evening drinks and breakfasts. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a retreat outside Cagli, it is quite remote and you do need a car - we had thought we could maybe walk into Cagli each day but that would not really have been possible, but with a car it didn't matter.
