Beautiful location with stunning views, nice grounds. The rooms were sizeable and comfortable. The dinner menu was varied and the dishes well-prepared.

“Amazing property, but customer service training needed”

This property is excellent but the attitude of the staff was a let down. Always on their phones behind the bar, we felt like an inconvenience when we asked for something. On our second last day, we woke to no hot or cold water. During breakfast, no staff member let us know what was happening. By 2pm there was cold water but still no hot water, so no shower was available and no word as to whether it would come on. So we packed up and checked out. We said ‘no hot water’? and the receptionist just shrugged. No solution offered. That’s ok, but it was the ‘no care’ factor from the team of staff that was so disappointing. Otherwise, the room was great and the location and views were fantastic.

“Gigantic view of "Los Castillos"”

Remote located hotel with a gigantic view on the name giving "Los Castillos" rocks, which can be viewed directly from some of the rooms - which we could from ours. The rooms are big, nice and everything is clean. Everything is nicely decorated. Dinner and breakfast were good - especially dinner is not to pricy, which is quite important, if you stay in such a remote location. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Towels for the pool were provided. The pool is nice and cool, at the nearby lake we could spot ducks and flamingos. It's a great starting point to travel the Ruta Nacional 68. We should have spent more days there.

An outstanding hotel in a unique place, what more can I say? The view from the room was wonderful, the room itself excellent, the staff superb, the restaurant excellent. As for swimming in the pool while watching eagles swoop and dive overhead.... What a place!

Fantastic location, views, and things to explore on the property and nearby.Small lakes, farm animals and wildlife. Lovely room with huge window to admire view. Great building and lots of space. Grateful for the provision of birthday cake in the evening, which was yummy!. . Evening meals were tasty.

The place is amazing

The view from the huge window in the room was absolutely amazing. The food in the restaurant is of high quality and the portions are big.

The view from the room and swimming pool was amazing. The staff arranged horse riding which was a nice adventure and took care of us during breakfast. The wine yard is close, you can walk there. I would much prefer this secluded hotel over staying in Cafayate center, personally.
