Excellent location and great views from the huge balcony

The location and views are brilliant. Second time we have stayed. Close to the train station and town centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Secure parking. Everything you need for a lovely stay.

The location is good, it is clean and the check in was not complicated.

Modern building. Apartment has two balconies with views over the city (3rd floor). Gym room with modern equipment at ground level (some equipment screens not working; we couldn’t find the buttons to turn them on!).

The flat is located in a new building close to the city center of Caen. Easy commuting to the different part of the city thanks to the proximity of the tram. Exceptional view on the city center and the harbor from the balcony. Really great place to enjoy.

Light, modern apartment with large balcony overlooking the canals and L'Abbaye aux Dames. Toiletries, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet supplied. Nespresso machine. Easy walk across bridge (opened at the end of September after renovations) to town centre.

Great location in the centre of Caen within easy reach of restaurants. Lovely views, although restoration work on the bridge below the apartment was unattractive but was nearly completed when we left. Wrap around balcony was excellent.

Host sent photos to indicate location of key lock. The apartment was immaculate and ultra modern. A huge corner balcony looking over the town and canal. Electronic blinds. Milk tea etc pack on arrival. Quite small but really smart.

The location is excellent, with great views over the Caen Canal system from the 3rd floor wrap around balconies. Easy access to the parking garage once the keys were found and plenty of street parking whilst obtaining the keys. Very good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, good shower room/toilet and easy walks into Caen itself. Handy Lidl 300m away.
