“Good value for money.”
New house. Some thinks still does not work. Was not ready prepare for number od people. We were 7 people, recommended 6 people for more private.

“Perfect place for family holiday.”
Everything was perfect! Space is more than enough to host my five family. Kitchen is well equipped. You can find anything you look for to cook yourself. Bed is comfortable. Well guided non-man check-in system. Location is good. 5 minutes to access the heart of Caen city by car. We were very pleased to stay at this propoerty!

The location was fine - close to the tram and the train station and a good walk to the pedestrian shopping area. It was very convenient having the Aldi grocery store so close. The neighbourhood was very quiet.

“Bright and beautiful apartment with a few minor quirks.”
Beautiful bright apartment. Well appointed kitchen with very good appliances. Nice bedrooms. Washing machine with large drying rack. Beautiful and private enclosed outdoor spaces to enjoy fresh air. Lots of natural daylight within the apartment. Grocery store 2 blocks away and an excellent bakery next door.

“Good house but needs a deep clean and a better cleaning service inbetween guests!”
