“Very good”

For us very good was location as we needed to visit university. Centre also is 30 min walking. Very quite and calm area. Good that is available parking place only it is quite small and was difficulties to get in place. For smaller cars it wouldn't be problem.

Plenty of space with everything we needed. Quiet street and within walking distance to the center of town and restaurants.

Nice place, good location

Communication with host terible. We were 5 days in apartment, host knows that we were with our doughter (9 years), outside was very cold - host switch on the heeting the before we left the apartment, after the second day we became sick. It was so cold inside that we have to wear all the time winter jackets inside.I can't understand the host. I really not recomend.

“Good location, homely, well equipped apartment”

Location was convenient to get into the town walking or by tram. Liked having a small garden, underground secure garage parking and a fan in the bedroom. The garden and furniture was much better than shown in the picture. I wasn't aware this was an apartment in lovely new block with a secure garage. Location is great for getting into Caen and travelling out further to Bayeux and Normandy Beaches. Caen was beautiful, lively and very interesting, especially the castle.
