Very friendly host! Small room but you have all the necessary and its clean. Perfect location.

“Very central location, close to a lot”

The room had great blockage of light and the room fitted us well for a few nights. Friendly reception staff and consideret cleaning staff. Conveniant coffee/tea station on upper level also offering a micro and cutlery.

Very clean.modern but traditional. Owner and his little kids were friendly and superb. Close to town. Choice whether to have breakfast. Great wiffi. Hood shower

“Good value for the price”

Great location, only a few stops from main station and good access to public transportation. Clean room, comfortable bed. I was amazed how good the windows were to minimise noise as the room was on the street side. Thankfully, a fan in the room for the hot weather. Nice staff and spoke English Breakfast was okay, reconsider if you prefer a heavier breakfast.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it was warm and cozy. Everything was clean and well organized. The staff were very polite and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent — the tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away. There’s a supermarket nearby, as well as bars and all the main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, centrally located for all the sights, public transport on the doorstep and comfortable, nicely decorated rooms with everything you need for a night or two. There's a small supermarket directly opposite. The staff gave a warm welcome.

A great central location with lots of amenities close by. The supermarket across the road was very handy. The room was big and comfortable with plenty of space. It was nice to have a table and chairs to eat at, plus a nice touch to have the microwave area outside the rooms if we’d wanted to heat up food. The man in reception was helpful on arrival and our room was cleaned for us even though we only stayed 2 nights. It felt safe and was calm and quiet despite being nice and central.

The position of the hotel is is excellent, rooms very quiet, stuff kind and helpful. Rooms are rather small, though the shower was spacious enough. The breakfast was served in the room, which is a bit strange.

The hotel is in a convenient part of the old city. Both guys at the reception were 5 star. Very knowledgeable and helpful and a delight to talk to. Trams and buses are very convenient.

The friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was too much, helping with baggage & to store as well.

Very clean, very proper, well kept. the staff spoke English and was very friendly and forthcoming. The hotel is situated centrally in Caen.

The hotel was lovely and situated in a central location. The owner was really helpful and organised the storage of my cycle into locked storage at the rear of the hotel. Caen is a great city and I'll be back to explore with my family.

Perfectly located to explore the city. The hotel provided many local food suggestions that were great. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. They have been modernized and it's all been very well taken care of. I'd happily stay here again on return and would recommend it.
