We absolutely loved the location being so close to Caen's historic sites, a variety of eateries and supermarkets. We loved the quiet location in the evening sitting outside in the garden. The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic for fans of world war 2 history.

Good size for family if 4 . Good kitchen and lounge area . Nice layout and design , could use a little freshen up . Good location to explore the region, we travelled to D-Day beaches , Bayeux , all easily reached . Caen interesting to explore with plenty of restaurant options a short walk from the house also .

Location was perfect. It was situated in the centre of town, close to all amenities but in a quiet and private area.

Fantastic location near the heart of Caen, great property with all the facilities we required, comfortable beds and sofa bed, well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook etc. Easy directions to finding the property, plenty of space to park (including putting our trailer in a garage). Would have stayed longer if we had the time. We liked that a neighbourhood cat joined us for breakfast one morning!

Very well furnished property. It is extremely well presented, quality furniture & appliances. Loads of space, including an outdoor seating area - which we used and enjoyed. Location is in a quite courtyard / road, next to a church. No disturbances at all. It was about a 10-15 mins walk into the main part of town (bars, restaurants)...so no big deal but perhaps something to be aware of if booking for someone with mobility issues. Parking was on site and free, so that was very helpful.
