No communication from the owners/staff (they do not respond to messages on Booking, SMSs or phone calls). No window in the room. No flexibility e.g. to leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out for a couple of hours.

We had a misunderstanding about the door. It was difficult to open the doors, sometimes the key was stuck. Also, a wash basin was leaking very much.

Jose Louise was wonderful. Needed to buzz one of the buzzers so we guessed one of the buzzers for the second floor and it worked. Wasn’t inconvenient. The family room was excellent - it was called Fatima - maybe request this room if you want two double beds in separate rooms.
