Overview
Hostal Fantoni is set in an 18th-century building, 200 metres from Cadiz Cathedral. Named after the city’s famous Fantoni merchants, it offers a free Wi-Fi zone. Very central but downside was that during Semana Santa you can hear the processions (despite the window going to the interior). None of that was mentioned in the description, but we were warned after we'd paid. The lady at the reception was very nice. Not her fault that the hotel is so simple for the price (unless she is the owner...) Very clean. Nice architecture.

“We loved our stay!”
The hostel is perfectly located, just a short walk from many of Cádiz's charming cafés, excellent restaurants, and main tourist attractions. Both our room and the common areas were spotless, clearly well-maintained and recently refurbished — everything felt fresh and welcoming. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver after three warm days exploring the city! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags both before check-in and after check-out. They also shared some tips and directions that helped us make the most of our stay. All in all, it was a wonderful few days in Cádiz — we’d definitely stay here again!

“Nice hostel in the center of the old town”
Good location in the very center of the old town. Walk to the beach in 16 minutes. The staff was friendly, the room was not hot.

“I would come back and stay there any time.”
The location was so central to the historical district(in the middle). Such a lovely spot with atmosphere. I did have to climb stairs but that wasn't a problem,
