The host made himself available to meet us earlier than than the appointed check in time as we had arrived 2 hours early. This was very much appreciated. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided us with all relevant information.

Good location, large size apartment, private rooftop terrace, well equipped with everything you would need to self cater. The Genteel team were excellent from giving directions, to welcoming us to the apartment. I cannot fault anything. We had a really pleasant stay 😀

The location was excellent, a short walk to all the sites! Our host Javier met us on day 1 and gave us excellent tips on where to eat- and all were very very good. He also helped us with organising taxis. Comfy beds, good showers. Only thing the couch in lounge was uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time there as were out and about!

Light and airy apartment. Liked the flow of the living room and the hall to the bedrooms. The en-suite bedroom was great. Beds were all very comfortable and plenty of storage in all rooms. Kitchen was well-equipped. Good to have a washing machine. We liked the terrace- a suntrap with some shade in the afternoon.

Location is excellent - very close to parking & many great bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious with two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is a little small but then we did not use it very much. Overall the building is extremely quiet which was great for sleeping!

The location was superb right in the heart of the old town. The apartment is in a newly renovated building and immaculately presented.

Beautiful modern apartment on a quiet street. Perfect for our group of three adults and two children. We really appreciated the location in a historic neighbourhood with local restaurants and small bars. It’s a short walk to the beach and the romantic Parque Genoves. And the owner was extremely helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - a well located apartment in the heart of Cádiz! Easy walking distance to cultural sights, bars and restaurants! Facilities were more than adequate- a larger and more up to date kettle would have enhanced our stay!! Lots of useful information provided by Genteel and Susana was on hand to answer any questions! We would recommend this property!

“Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location”

The apartment was just off Plaza de San Antonio on Calle Torre. We parked our car in the underground parking which was located in the plaza and it was only a was short walk to the apartment. The apartment was immaculate. The living room overlooked the street below which had a real authentic feel of a Spanish neighbourhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms spacious. The beds were very comfortable and every room had its own air conditioning unit. Plaza San de Antonio had bars and restaurants where you could watch everyday Spanish life. I recommend you try Restaurante Mimu with classic Andalusian dishes and a beautiful old moorish interior. Susana met us at the property and let us leave or luggage which was a plus. Susana was so helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat and what to see round and about. I would definitely recommend this property. We cannot thank you enough Susana for all your help.

The property is exquisite and I can highly recommend for a family or for friends. Kitchen had everything you needed. High standard of decor and service. The terrace was an added bonus for the property. In the centre of old town which allowed us to experience everything on foot. A 5-10 min walk to beach.
