Comfortable flat with a lovely rooftop terrace. Great location near to bus stops, and easy walking distance to old town and great bars and restaurants.

“The oasis I needed”

Everything - location <1min to beach & Carrefour; pillow & mattress; well-stocked kitchen (scissors!); the outside terrace; oodles of sockets; hair straighteners (for anyone bringing just a backpack you don't need to sacrifice precious space/weight). Paco was such a gracious host, even coming down to the street when I couldn't locate the property. He'd been sending me WhatsApp messages but I didn't receive - if you're travelling on an Irish passport but are from the North let him know so he can use the correct country code! The pride he has in this property is evident. My adaptor didn't work (apparently there's a new type) but Paco directed me to a bazaar where I was able to get a USB phone charger that did the trick. There are 50 steps up to the loft, so be mindful if you have luggage, mobility issues, or when buying groceries. On that note, I've left a shopping bag on the wee kitchen cart that the next guests may find handy; also some teabags & a couple of beer (hope that was ok , Paco). I would definitely stay here again, & will be recommending to family & friends.

Paco was a gem of a host, so helpful and accommodating for any question or problem. I freeze easily; and he supplied many warm blankets; plus there the room was nice and warm! The Terrasse was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the location perfect! It was quiet at night, lovely place to stay.

The space was well designed, perfect for the two of us for 5 nights. Kitchen well equipped. Outside area was large. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Communication from Paco was excellent. Appreciated the recommendations.

The host, Paco, met us on arrival and gave us wonderful advice regarding things to see and do in Cadiz. He also gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in and lacked nothing. The location could not have been better. Paco also kept in touch with us through the duration of our stay via WhatsApp.

The quietness at night, although was very close to La Caleta beach and a bar near by. Had a very good night sleep and very comfy bed. The terrace was amazing, unfortunately a bit too windy too enjoy it late in the evening, but loved it regardless. The rain shower was a surprise. Paco, the host is very helpful checking in on you during your stay.

Fantastic find near the beach, bus and supermarket. Super cute apartment with everything we needed and a fabulous big deck. The stairs were steep but that didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is clean and well maintained. It has every amenity you could possibly need along with a great sunny terrace. The beach is 2 mins walk away and there are lots of great little tapas bars on the doorstep. Paco the owner is fantastic, really helpful and provided lots of great recommendations. Cádiz is a lovely place to visit and I would highly recommend the apartment.

The comfortable apartment lays in a nice old area and felt very safe. The roofterras is great and has a lovely view. Sea is a 2 minute walk away. There are several supermarkets around the corner. Sr. Paco is a very friendly host, who react immediately if needed. He doesn't speak English but communicate via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this place and definitely come back here.

“Authentic town and a lovely accommodation.”

The location was great, a few minutes walk to the beach and a short distance from the center of town. The apartment is small but it had everything you could think of. The terrace was big and we spent most of the time there. Paco gave us a good information of what to do in Cadiz which is a lovely town and we really loved it.

Location & the Apartment

Paco is a very warm, kind and friendly host. He made us feel most welcome and replied to messages immediately. The location is perfect for an early morning swim and there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The terrace is super and perfect for eating lunch and reading. Definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to return. Thank you Paco.

Loved this apartment and Paco was really helpful and welcoming when we arrived. The apartment had everything you need. It was clean and well equipped and had the added bonus of a roof terrace. It's ideal for a short break and would definitely rebook if we return to Cadiz. We loved Cadiz too.

Exceptionally well decorated and clean studio. The shelf divides the space appropriately for two rooms. Small kitchen but very well equipped. A wonderful balcony and drying facilities for laundry separately next to the balcony. A few minutes' walk to the beach. Restaurants and services start at the door. Landlord Paco deserves special thanks.

“Nice roof terrace in La Viña”

I go to Cadiz almost every year and like to change neighbourhoods and appartments. La Viña neighbourhood is the best if you want local buzzle, music and La Caleta beach nearby. It is pretty rare to find an appartement with private roof terrace and this one is lovely. View on the famous 200 years old ficus tree. The appartment suprised me, it is not big but arranged in a fantastic way with lots of closets, nice kitchen and a romantic bedroom.
