Large, attractively decorated apartment right in the old town, 1 minute walk from the coast. Fully-equiped kitchen. Comfortable for four people. (We were only two, but it was nice to have two bathrooms.) Large private terrace upstairs. Sunny, but you can open the sunshade if you wish. Interesting view over other terraces and rooftops, glimpse of the sea. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

A vast and comfortable flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with open kitchen. There is a direct and dedicated only to the flat entrance to the terrace. We did not used much, but for longer stays might be nice. Equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. A very nice and helpful host, whom we were able to meet in person.

This is our third stay at the apartment and we have enjoyed once more the facilities including upstairs terrace which is huge. It has everything you need in the kitchen and rooms and the decor makes you feel welcome and at home. Paco is a complete gentleman, so kind and eager to make sure you enjoy your holiday.

The location is excellent. Everywhere from attractions, shopping, beach, bars and restaurants -within walking distance. The roof terrace was useful and good to have an outside space . A dishwasher and washing machine are great facilities. The appartement is quiet and light. Parking is available nearby, but requires booking to get a good deal. The owner is on hand to assist with queries.

This is a very comfortable place to stay with a friendly and generous host.

Location and property, they are far better than pictures. It has a lot of space for even 4 people without any issue. everything is organised quite well and with generosity. Air conditioning and roof are the extra mille that allow you to see the Atlantic from your home.

Location is excellent. The friendly host lived on site and was always available for questions/advice. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were some basic products in the kitchen to use when cooking at home. We used the air conditioner at night. There was plenty of seating and a kitchen table and chairs. We were mindful to be quiet when entering and leaving the apartment because it is in a residential building. The museum is just around the corner and there are many eateries close by.

Everything was great. Communication with the host was great. The Apartment was big, clean and fully equipped. The terrace was a big plus. For me everything was perfect. I can highly recommend this Apartment.

“Great stay in Cádiz”

Great apartment near the historic centre. I was working and the WiFi worked well even on the terrace. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher too. Paco was just downstairs if there were any questions.

A super, clean and roomy apartment. The owner was very helpful when we arrived and thereafter, despite the language barrier. He was a whizz at Google translate! The terrace was great although the sunshade could rarely be used in the afternoon when the wind picked up. It would be much better to have part of the terrace covered with a permanent shade. There's plenty of room.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The private terrace accessible by another flight of stairs was an added bonus for when the weather is good. The person who greeted us was very helpful and friendly.

Our small family is split between Spain and Germany and we chose to have a reunion weekend in Cádiz for a big celebration... so it was very important to us that the accommodation was great! The first thing to say is that Paco is a lovely, friendly host: he greeted us warmly, sent us lots of good information about things to see, do, eat and drink, and came to say farewell too! The apartment was very clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge roof terrace for relaxing, music, and sunsets! The place is only a few steps away from the sea in one direction, and in the other, a few steps away from a lovely, green city square with huge old trees, cafes and bars, as well as the Museum of Cádiz and some groceries nearby. We explored the whole city and bay area on foot but it was great to just roll out of bed and easily grab a breakfast (or two) close by! We found secure parking a short walk away at Parking Muelle Reina Sofía, just 16 Euros for up to one week, you can exit and return also. Paco sent us kind messages hoping we might return and we would definitely choose to stay here again! 🍾🍾🍾

The apartment is in a beautiful old courtyard house - very atmospheric - in a very nice street with similar houses. It is spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location, within walking distance of everything. It was very quiet. The large roof terrace was a lovely place to relax. The owner was kind and extremely helpful.
