It wasn’t missing a single detail

key with App was a bit confusing but the Host was very nice and patient to explain to us. A very clean, beauty flat with parking place ( 5 min. walk distance) . We are glad we didnot stay in old town but stay hier. 5 min. walk is the bus station, we can take to old town. Also, local restaurants near by. Wash machine & dryer in Flat is really a plus, we can wash our cloth.

Great host, great apartment in a silent street. Location is good, close to beach and restaurants, everything you need. East to reach to the center with a bus. Free parking is also good to have. Wifi works well.

The host is very responsive and attentive. The apartment is lovely. It is a little way from the old town, but it is closer to a much nicer beach. It’s easy anyway to catch the bus quickly into the old town or have a nice walk there. It is an authentic Cadiz neighborhood. We really enjoyed it.

I would urge anyone to be extremely cautious about booking this property. I accidentally clicked ‘June’ rather than ‘July’ dates when I initially booked. Realising almost immediately what I had done, I contacted the host within minutes of booking to ask whether the dates I really wanted were available; she said that they weren’t and that no refund would be given. Despite all of my attempts (and those of Booking.com) to get the host to show some understanding about my genuine error, she refused. So, because of a simple mistake which I immediately tried to rectify, I have now paid for the full cost of a visit that I won’t be making. It could be that the apartment is very nice, but you may want to think carefully about booking with a host who would treat customers so callously….

Everything about this place is 10/10. Design, furnishings, equipment -everything looks like it’s a 5 star hotel. Every detail has been finished to high standard. We wish we were staying longer and would if we could change our schedule. Of all our years of travelling the world this place is already one of our favourites and we will return without any doubts.
